Answers to frequently asked questions

• We only offer a pre booked service, so please contact us prior to coming, you must be over 18 years of age

• You would need to bring a clean swimming costume and towel with you, there is a private changing room on site

• There will always be someone on site to guide you through this journey

•  Apart from regular water changes, our ice bath is connected to a chiller which has particle locking technology, it recycles the water through a premium micron filter and that helps keep the water clean. The chiller allows us to regulate the temperature which we set between 4 & 6 degrees Celsius

• We strongly recommend that you start with either 1 or 2 mins per session

• We strongly advise you not to have a warm/hot shower until at least 30 mins after your ice bath so you can warm up naturally

• Our ice bath with chiller is located inside a private studio, in an award winning garden, with a relaxing theme

• If you have any health concerns, please contact your GP prior to enquiring, each participant will need to fill out a health declaration form prior to submerging
